|Code of Ethics Quadrennial Training Due This YearAbout the Training Requirement
Current Cycle – January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2016 Training must be completed at anytime during the established cycle. Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership following the cycle deadline.
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within four-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
Training may be completed through local REALTOR® associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses.

If you take your Code of Ethics course as part of a con ed class you must send a copy of the certificate to the board office. Only then will it be entered into the NAR system.
All of DABOR’s 2016 6-hour con ed courses taught by
NCI and Associates will include the NAR Code of Ethics requirement. Please check the con ed calendar and sign up for a class that fits your schedule.
