REALTORS® Required to Complete Ethics Training for Second Cycle -- Deadline December 31, 2008
Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have completed this training as a requirement of membership in another association are not required to complete additional ethics training until the next four year cycle.
Failure to comply with this required ethics training is a violation of a membership duty for which the member’s primary association will suspend membership until the training is complete.
There are 3 different ways to comply with this requirement. You can complete the course online with the link below, come to the Board office to watch the Code of Ethics video, or each office can check out the video and present it to the entire office.

DABOR 2008 Con-Ed Schedule Out
DABOR has put completed the Con-Ed schedule for the rest of 2008. We will be providing a few evening courses that will be from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. This course is approved for 6 hours of Michigan Continuing Education for calendar year 2008 topic approval K5190 , and includes the 2 hours of Michigan Law as required by the Department of Labor and Economic Growth. Topics covered include Michigan Statutes and Rules Update, Busting Michigan Real Estate.
Pre-payment is required and seating is limited, complete the registration form and either drop it off or fax to the DABOR office 313-278-2949.
