NEW MEMBERS
Joining the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS® is one of the most important decisions you can make in your real estate career. Our professional trade association provides many different services to our members. Although our name would seem to tie us strictly to the area of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights, any licensed individual who wishes to join the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS® may do so if they so choose through the "Board of Choice" policy of the National Association of REALTORS®.
For NEW Members who have never held membership with the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS®, the prorated fee schedule is listed below. Each applicant will be charged a $100.00 one time application fee. Please notice that the fees for membership may differ slightly than a member who may be transferring from another Board within the State of Michigan.
All payments must be processed prior to processing applications, please fill out the New Member Application Form and return it with payment to the Board office.
All fees are due at the time of application

Real Comp MLS fees:
RealComp fees are $117.00 quarterly. They will prorate from the day you join. Please Note: If RealComp dues have been billed for the next quarter, you will be responsible for them as well. All RealComp dues are paid directly to RealComp.
*Individuals who would just like to join Secondary with Dearborn will only be required to pay the local pro-rated dues and the initiation fee. Rates are subject to change.
NEW OFFICES
If you would like your Office to join the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS®, the following fees will be assessed.
- Office Application Fee: $250.00 (One time fee)
- Office Fees: $150.00*
Please fill out the new office form and return it to our office so your application can be processed.

*Office fees are prorated to the month in which you join. Application fees are not prorated.
*Existing Realtor® members may deduct the Michigan and National Dues if they have been paid through another Realtor Association. A letter of good standing will be required.
